Our kickboxing program is designed to provide
our students a positive, clean, healthy
environment where all levels of experience are
welcome.
Whether you are looking to learn self-defense or
simply have a great time while getting in shape
our kickboxing classes are for you!
In our program everyone works at their own pace.
We recognize that everyone has different fitness
levels and abilities. You will always get pushed
hard in a fun, challenging, and safe way while
still being able to go to work in the morning!
Training with a friend can sometimes be a great
way to get serious about your schedule. If you
think you know someone who would be interested
in training with you please invite them in for
an introductory program free of charge!
Classes meet
Mondays at 7:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 PM
Saturdays at 9:45 AM
