AFTER SCHOOL
KARATE CARE Hudson
Valley Karate is a centrally located school with
many surrounding public schools. Because of the
positive relationship and successful character
development programs we have run with the schools,
they directly bring our students from school.
Students begin their homework and get dressed for
karate class as soon as they get to the school.
After homework the students will have a light warm
up followed by their regular karate class. For more
